Note: The Committee will discuss and may act on the following items:

  1. Call Meeting to Order.
  2. Approve the Agenda.
  3. The Personnel Committee may go into Closed Session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c), Wisconsin State Statutes, for the purpose of approving the minutes from two closed sessions held on January 15, 2018. The Closed Session is expected to last for approximately five (5) minutes. A roll call vote will be taken.
  4. The meeting will reconvene in Open Session pursuant to Section 19.83, Wisconsin State Statutes, to take any necessary action on the matter discussed in Closed Session.
  5. Approve minutes of the January 23, 2018, Personnel Committee meeting.
  6. Emergency Management Director Job Description – Emergency Management Department.
  7. Position evaluation recommendation form Carlson Dettmann Consulting – Emergency Management Director.
  8. Adjournment.
